Blockchain (BC) techniques primarily rely on the consistent state associated with delivered Ledger (DL) at different sensible and real places of community. Almost all of system nodes need to be enforced to use one or all of this amazing solutions to stays constant: (i) to wait for certain delays (i.e. by asking for a difficult puzzle answer as with PoW and PoUW, or to watch for arbitrary delays like in PoET, etc.) (ii) to propagate discussed data through shortest feasible pathways around the system.
